Saronsberg Viognier is a delicate wine with subtle spicy notes, perfect for complementing dishes with similar flavours. Despite 11 months of oak aging, it retains its freshness and finesse.

Hand-picked grapes were cold-pressed and fermented in a mix of new and old French oak barrels. The wine was aged on lees without malolactic fermentation to preserve its delicate character. This meticulous winemaking approach results in a vibrant Viognier with complex aromas and flavours.
