The 2024 release of the 21 year old single malt from GlenAllachie is truly the apex of luxury. Master Distiller Billy Walker thoughtfully finessed every drop of vintage auburn liquid in superior pedro ximenez and oloroso casks, that were expertly sourced from Spain. Five sherry puncheons and hogsheads have been combined to create an exceptional multifaceted drinking experience.

Aromas of brandied honeycomb, molasses tart and spiced blood orange. The palate is rich with chocolate notes, warm baking spices and clementine zest that lead to black cherries and raisin butter on the finish.
