The second release in a five part sherry cask series, this whisky has been matured for 6 years in bourbon casks followed by 4 years in palo cortado casks.

The nose is host to notes of parma violets, butter cream icing and peaches. The palate has a soft smoke backbone with complimentary notes of red velvet cake, strawberry laces and icing sugar. The finish is waxy and laden with orange rind notes and peat smoke.
