Description
Produced in Guyana at the Diamond Distillery in 2011 from molasses and distilled in four-column stills, aged in ex bourbon casks and bottled in 2022 aged 11 years (3 years tropical and 8 years European). Elegant nose with delicate oak spice, some soft apricot and white fruits, capsicum notes, a little honeyed vanilla. Rounded and well balanced on the palate with some light oak, five spice and dried fruit on the lingering finish.
