Matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and enhanced by hand-selected Rivesaltes Sweet Wine, Matusalem, Amoroso and small batch bourbon casks.

Aromas of manuka honey, dark toffee and aged vanilla pods. The palate is warm honey, maple syrup and spiced dark fruits. The finish is antique honey, old English marmalade and sweet spice.
