The 2022 release of Springbank 18 is matured in 65% bourbon and 35% sherry cask. Aromas of sherry influence, raisins, prunes and a touch of spice and wood. The palate introduces Madeira cake, marzipan and gingerbread. Honey syrup and caramel comes along for the ride all the way to the woody finish.
