Since 1825, five successive generations of the Boulard family have devoted all their life to crafting this XO Calvados Pays d'Auge. The originality of the XO Boulard comes from the careful selection of 40 varieties of cider apples from the Pays d'Auge area out of a total of over 120. It is the result of the blend of a large number of old Calvados Pays d'Auge. It has notes of ripe apple, vanilla, dried fruits, almond and sweet spices which will delight the connoisseurs.
