This special release of Michter's Bourbon with a Toasted Barrel Finish, is, well rather special! After full maturation in a hand selected charred white oak barrel, they finish the bourbon in a new barrel that has been toasted to rather specific specifications. At peak flavour, it is further mellowed by their signature filtration.
