Arquitecto is created from high altitude agave that is grown on the lands of master tequilero, Arq. Enrique Fonseca, near Atotonilco in the highlands. Cooked, crushed, fermented and distilled at his Tequilena distillery in the town of Tequila.

Notes of agave with lingering sweetness of vanilla gives way to minerals and pepper.
