Description
A wine with a complex nose that has appealing notes of carob and tamarind. On the palate, it will show the younger and vibrant notes of grapefruit, red orange and Mediterranean botanical herbs. Extremely juicy, with high acidity and fine tannins. The finish is long and has a marked savouriness, which is very typical of Magari. It has promising aging potential.
This wine is made with three varieties fermented and macerated separately for 15 days or there about. After maturing for 12 months in oak they are blended and aged for several months after in bottle before being released.
Food Pairing: A great match will grilled and roasted red meats, casseroles and stews.
