Rattler Cornish Dry Gin has been double distilled using apple spirit, derived by fermenting cyder apples. Produced on the farm Healeys have pressed, fermented, and distilled the product. Using several classic dry gin based botanicals; such as juniper, coriander, lemon and orange matched with their unique apple spirit a Cornish dry gin is produced. Using their own spring water source the final product alcohol has been reduced to 37.5% ABV.

Rattler Dry Gin has a great balance of pine notes from the juniper, citrus aromas from the lemon and orange, and green apple from the spirit.

Rattler from Healeys Cider Farm is known for its cider making and maybe their Hicks & Healeys Cornish Single Malt Whisky. It was only time before they got into making gin.

Perfect Pour:
Enjoy this Cornish dry gin with a good quality tonic water. Keep it Cornish and use either Sea Buck Tonic or Navas Tonic. Garnish with a slice of apple as a good nod to the Rattler Cider!
