English Whisky meets Pedro Ximenez! A perfect winter delightful treat and a dream combination for a spirit drink. The English Whisky Company have in the past used PX barrels to age their whisky in and it only seemed right to make this luscious dark warming delight while experimenting.

The PX that was originally in the barrels has been removed and then mixed with the Whisky for this fantastic tipple. Pull a chair next to the fire, sit back, relax, pour some PX and enjoy the moment.
