This delightful Malbec from Mont Rocher shows off a deep ripe plum colour. On the nose you will enjoy blackberries and cherries. This is a rich and rounded medium bodied red with a perfect balance of tannins that delivers a long finish that is smooth and succulent.

Picked at their optimal ripeness in mid September, the grapes are de-stemmed then crushed, finally they undergo a three week maceration in order to extract carefully all their quality. The extraction is made by pumping over during the first ten days of maceration. The wine gains its fruit complexity and juicy flavours with a small part being aged in oak (treated in French Oak for 6 months).
