2015 vintage Blanc de Blancs is comprised of the 20 best performing Chardonnay plots, out of 145, from across 3 vineyards - 1 in Hampshire and 2 in West Sussex. 65% of this blend contains fruit from Hampshire, harvested from our 25ha Chardonnay vineyard Chalk Vale planted in 2009. These vines were planted on chalk soils – highly alkaline, with a high active calcium content – which gives the wine energy, drive, minerality and tension.

This is a classic Chardonnay profile – citrus, floral & mineral rich texture & rounded palate with exceptional length.
