As one of the oldest releases from the Knockdhu Distillery this 1975 was drawn from just three casks and bottled at casks strength without chill-filtering. Matured in a combination of Spanish sherry casks and American oak casks it has a lovely deep copper colour, intense nose of fruit cake and sherry notes, full bodied with treacle and season leather with a long sweet finish.
