Brimstone from Balcones is a smoky whisky, but not using peat as in scottish whisky, but Texas scrub oak and their own secret process. The result is a whisky which is richly flavoured on the nose your get brown sugar and stewded fruit with barbneque notes. The palate is spiced with sweet fruit charcoal , BBQ sauce with a smokey finish and peppery.
