Espolon Tequila is made in Los Altos, the Highland region of Jalisco, Mexico regarded as one of the best for Tequila. This blanco with no oak aging has a clean nose of sweet Agave, floral notes with a citrus edge and a hint of spicy pepper. The palate has a lovely soft mouth feel, with vanilla, pepper and baked agave. Elegant, clean with a spicy finish. The label depicts Mexico's obsession with the dead and skeletons, riding a rooster!
