Founded in 1824, Delamain remains one of the last-family-owned Cognac houses and is universally recognised as the leading specialist in the blending and levage of fine old Cognac. Only eau-de-vie from la Grande Champagne - the first great growth of Cognac - is used. This is then aged in seasoned oak casks for a minimum of two decades, before being blended and bottled under the control and expertise of the direct descendants of the founder James Delamain. The style of Delamain is one of finesse and breeding and can be seen through their whole range.
