White flowers, citrus fruit, delicately woody stewed pear with hints of vanilla, toasted aromas, hazelnut & breadcrumbs. In the mouth the wine shows a good maturity yet remains quite brisk and lively. It moves through stewed fruit, mirabelleplum, quince paste and honey with a finish that reminds us of bitter orange.

This unique bottle comes in a stylish metal chill box that's inspired by the Bond's iconic tuxedo and will keep your bubbly as cool as the secret agent himself.

Grands crus: Sourced exclusively from Grandscrus, the grapes selected are taken from the "cuve" to keep only the best juice

Blend: 68% Pinot Noir and 32% Chardonnay

Oak barrels: produced in small old oak barrels so the wines don't taste of wood or tannins

Fermentation: The second fermentation and slow maturation in the cellars occur under natural cork to preserve the freshness while protecting them against oxidation
