  • Pisco Porton 43% 70cl
    Pisco Porton is THE handcrafted, super premium Peruvian pisco that is estate grown, distilled and bottled in Ica, Peru, at Hacienda La Caravedo, the oldest distillery in the Americas.
    To preserve the full character of the grapes, Portn Pisco uses the mosto verde method of distilling from partially fermented grape juice. This serves to keep some of the natural grape sugars from converting into alcohol, so putting more flavour and aroma into every bottle.
    Portn Pisco is distilled to exactly 86 proof using custom made copper pot stills. By Peruvian law, no water can be added to the pisco to bring it to proof. After distillation, the pisco rests in containers called cubas de guardia for five to eight months in order to let the flavours develop.
    Portn Pisco is committed to eco-friendly business practices and sustainability. Its new state-of-the-art and environmentally friendly distillery has gravity-fed channels that decrease reliance on electrical pumps and a water treatment system that recycles water from the distillation process into irrigation water for the vineyards.
    Each bottle is individually numbered and bears the signature of Master Distiller, Johnny Schuler.
  • El Gobernador Pisco Miguel Torres 40% 70cl
    This Pisco is made from fermented grape juice, in this case 50% Muscatel Alexandria and 50% Rose Muscadel. The spirit is distilled in pot stills and then aged in stainless steel vats for up to 1 year, before beeing filtered proior to bottling. Although you can sip this spirit is it best used in cocktails such as a Pisco sour. It has a floral nose with scents of roses and jasmine, with candied citrus peel. The palate is smooth and creamy with a long after taste.

    1615 Quebranta Pisco is distilled from fresh, recently fermented wine, made from the best local quebranta grapes. No other ingredients are added as the grapes have high sugar content and sufficient natural yeast. 1615 piscos are not corrected in any way.

    Fresh fruit flavour with a clean finish and smooth taste. Excellent for a pisco sour.

  • Macchu Pisco 40% 70cl
    Award winning Pisco distilled to the same methos used since the 17 century. Made from a single grape variety Quebranta, called Macho by the farmers which means grape of Peru.
    Try it in a Pisco Sour: Mix 2 cups of Macchu Pisco with 1 cup of fresh lime juice, 1 cup of sugar and a shot of egg white. Add 10 ice cubes and blend. Serve 8 drinks and add a drop of angostura bitters on top.
