  • Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur 17% 50cl
    Very creamy and full-bodied cream liqueur. Made from cream and the ingredients of gourmet chocolate. Alcoholic base: fine distillate from sugar cane.

    Mozart Gold is a milk chocolate cream liqueur.
    Belgian chocolate and fresh cream are blended with aromatic notes of vanilla and cocoa.

    The raw materials for Mozart Gold are well traveled.
    The used cocoa is a mixture of the types Forastero (west Africa) and Trinitario (Carribean).

    Mozart Gold contains fresh cream, conched dark chocolate from Belgium, genuine Bourbon-vanilla from Madagaskar, crystal sugar, and pure sugar cane distillate

    The cocoa and the Bourbon vanilla are macerated in sugar cane alcohol. Dark chocolate, sugar, cocoa, and cream infused with cocoa butter are blended in exact order while different temperatures and blending techniques have to be observed.

    The different production temperatures and elaborate blending methods are crucuial for the taste and texture of the liqueur.
  • Arran Gold Cream Liqueur 17% 70cl
    Arran Gold cream liqueur produced with single malt whisky from the Isle of Arran. The colour ofl ightly whipped fudge and a nose of Chocolate milkshake, milk chocolate truffles. The taste is smooth and creamy. Not too sweet, with a subtle hint of malt. It glides off the tongue leaving a creamy smoothness together with the warmth and refinement of the premium spirit within.
  • Mozart Chocolate Rose Gold Cream 17% 70cl
    Mozart R.G. blends together Belgian gourmet chocolate, Forastero and Trinitario cocoa from Ghana, premium vanilla from Madagascar, fresh cream and cocoa butter. Specifically for Mozart R.G., Dietmar Fadinger developed a highly complex and elaborate cold maceration process where a unique cocoa macerate is refined in Bourbon oak casks for a minimum period of half a year.

    Only the best raw materials are used for Mozart White. They are prepared elaborately for production.

    Mozart White contains fresh cream, precious cocoa butter, real Bourbon vanilla from Madagaskar, crystal sugar and pure distillate from sugar cane.

    Fresh cream is skimmed and infused with cocoa butter. A lower fat content with longer shelf life is achieved. Real Bourbon vanilla is macerated in fine distillate from cane sugar. This macerate is then melted together with crystal sugar, caramel, cream and cane sugar distillate.

    SERVING: Mozart White Chocolate Cream Strawberry Frapp
    PREPARATION: Portion of two scoops of vanilla ice cream in a Cocktail glass and pour 4 -6 cl MOZART White Chocolate Cream Strawberry over it.
    Garnish with fresh strawberry for a fruity refreshing pleasure!
