    This is a really different rum and all the better for it. Created by cellar master Alexandre Gabriel and drinks historian David Wondrich in 2015. It is made by infusing Queen Victoria pineapple rinds in white rum for a week and then distill it. The flesh is then macerated in dark rum for 3 months before the two are married together and aged for a further 3 months in cask. The result is one of the best flavoured rums you will try. Light brown sugar with banana and waves of pineapple sweetness followed by gentle spice.

    Aluna Coconut Rum has been made using high altitude white rum from Guatemala and Carribeans rums which have been blended with organic coconut water and toasted coconut. The result is a coconut flavoured rum without added sugar and sweeteners which gives and authentic flavour of coconut an high quality rum.     Aluna Colada

    • 1 part Aluna Coconut
    • 3 parts pineapple juice
    • Freshly squeezed lime juice

    Shake with cubed ice and strain into glass. Can be sweetened to taste with simple syrup, agave or a pineapple gomme.

    Aluna Cola (with Fever Tree Madagascan Cola & lime)

    • 1 part Aluna Coconut
    • 3 parts Fever Tree Madagascan Cola
    • Squeeze of lime

    Stir with cubed ice and garnish with a lime twist. Aluna's lower sugar, all-natural coconut flavours are complemented by this lower-sugar cola with its blend of kola nut, spices, citrus and vanilla.

    Aluna Espresso Martini

    Shake with cubed ice and  garnish with 3 cocoa beans. A delicious twist on a classic. Initial coffee notes are followed by toasted coconut flavours emerging late on the palate.
