Very pale green in colour. Highly aromatic, with notes of citrus, grapefruit and other exotic fruit. The taste is quite full, fruity and long with a good crisp finish. The garpes used come from vines that are over 30 year old - rich and concentrated whilst remaining dry and racy.

'Offer By the Glass to encourage people to try good Riesling,' said Ransome's Dock's Martin Lam. Match with pork." Sommelier Wine Awards 2013, Judges Comments
