Returns

Any products must be returned to us in good condition and in the original packaging. All refunds will be paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).

Returning Items

You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective. You are also responsible for insuring all returns as we might claim against you should damages be sustained.

If you have received your order and have had a change of heart and wish to return the order, you can either return at your own cost and risk. Alternatively, we can organise a courier to collect from you at a cost that must be paid prior to collection or agreed to be taken off the refund price once received back.

Please ensure in the return there is a copy of your order with the item and reason highlighted for return. Please reuse packaging where possible, if sending back a part order add more padding to fill the void and ensure you are happy it will be returned safely.

If a courier has been agreed to come and collect, ensure the above instructions are followed and the parcel is sealed ready for collection. The courier will provide and apply the label required for transit.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel the order, this must be done so before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. If the order has already been dispatched and left the warehouse you may incur return fees and loose the P&P charge. If the order is already in transit, we will do our best to stop it before being delivered, but if the courier can not stop before arriving then please refuse and return to sender (charges may incur).

Order Amendments

If you wish to make an amendment to the order (address, add or remove items) then please call the store on 01326 340226 before the order has been dispatched.

Exchanges & Returns

We are happy to exchange items if you are not 100% happy with the items where possible. Items to be returned and exchange must be in resaleable condition (not opened or damaged). The return and resending of an exchange may incur charges.
