Bramare Vina Cobos Malbec from Rebon Estate is an incredibly high quality bottling. Rested for 18 months in French new Oak barrels. Ruby red hue in the glass with great aromas on the nose with notes of ripe red fruit and with a fresh touch of wild herbs and violets. The wine has a fantastic body and structure on the palate with a good concentration.
It has velvety tannins throughout as well as a marked minerality with a long finish. Primary fermentation performed with selected yeasts in an 8 ton closed top stainless steel tank with maceration lasting a total of 29 days, of which 4 days were cold-soak. Secondary fermentation with native yeast for 3 months then ageing for 17 to 18 months in French oak barrels, 60 to 65% new. Unfined and unfiltered. Food Pairing: Malbec realy shows its true power when enjoyed with meat. Enjoy with a good quality steak.
