Moda Foca (fashion seal) is a spicy Spanish wine made from organically grown Monastrell grapes. Deep red in colour, with spicy red fruits on the nose. Fleshy, fruit palate, black and red fruits with a touch of tart acidity and a peppery finish.

The grapes for this wine are sourced from 30 year old vines grown on chalky soils at 600m above sea level. A soft maceration with 25% of the grapes whole bunch fermented with temperature control  for 10 days  to allow the fruit to show its purity. One month in second use French oak adds complexity and spicy notes.
