Every cask, quietly maturing in the on-site warehouses, is meticulously monitored throughout its maturation journey. This ensures the whisky is bottled at its optimum. This process allows the discovery of some hidden gems: casks developing rather special and distinctive characteristics.These unique whiskies merit being showcased individually, in order to capture the interesting nuances and unique personality delivered by the cask’s DNA: its history, oak genus and provenance.

The whisky is a polished rose gold hue, presents notes of candied almonds, sugared fruits and honeycomb on the nose, along with soft hints of blackcurrant, butterscotch and ginger. On the palate, one finds flavours of mocha and maraschino cherries, followed by brandied orchard fruits, baking spices and orange zest, with soft notes of bramble and hazelnuts.
