Don Papa Gayuma is a limited edition release that has been aged in ex-bourbon American oak at first and then finished in ex-Rioja and Islay Whisky Casks. We love this, it bridges the gap between two categories, whisky and rum with such finesse.

The nose is peaty, but not strong with iodine. The palate is soft and delicate with vanilla, light orange peel, deep cacao and hints of cloves and mint. The finish is smokey like a peated whisky but with spice and sugar cane coming in at the end.
