Familia Schroeder's winery and the surrounding vineyards are located in San Patricio del Chanar, Patagonia at the heart of the southernmost wine region of Argentina. The combination of low yields of the vineyard and minimal intervention during the winemaking process results in a fresh, pure and expressive wine. The palate is smooth with a velvety mouthfeel, this is a fresh and fruity wine with plenty of blackcurrant, black cherry, plum and a touch of violet.

This would be a great pairing with barbecued meats, rabbit casserole or chicken in a rich sauce.
