A rich, textural, refined and oak aged white from Cairanne. Hand-picked Cairanne grapes are pressed and fermented in a mix of new and aged oak barrels to enhance texture, not impart strong oak flavour. The wine ages in these barrels for six months before filtration and bottling at Domaine Boutinot.

Fresh aromas of fruit and flower aromatics mingle with the spicy and smokey notes from the barrels. On the palate it feels plump fresh and mineral, with spicy, smokey fruit.
