This wine is part of a small parcel, get it while you can. Gigondas, a highly-regarded Southern Rhône Cru since 1971, benefits from cooler, higher-altitude vineyards on the Dentelles du Montmirail. This results in Grenache-based reds with notable mineral structure. Diverse soils, including limestone and clay, contribute to the wine's complexity. Bathed in morning sun and sheltered by the Dentelles, the grapes ripen slowly, enhancing the Grenache Noir's character. Traditionally fermented and aged in French oak, Gigondas wines are bottled with a coat of arms symbolising its historical patrons and vineyard revival.

The wine shows lovely garrigue aromas, a slight mint note. Silky and balanced with powerful and fresh red fruits notes. Try pairing with roasted duck leg or a beautiful cheese plateau.
