Zin Fiano has a straw-yellow colour with slight green hints. Intense and complex aroma of sweet apple and pear, complemented by soft orange blossom notes. Dry, well-structured, with a palate that beautifully reflects its delightful aroma.

Made from old bush vines up to 50 years old, this wine offers intense dark berry fruit, complemented by wonderful balsamic notes and excellent balance. Viticulture Harvested in mid-September from 20-year-old espalier-trained vines, the vineyard yields approximately 90 quintals per hectare.
