This wine was born out of love. Charles met Amelie at a wine fair. What could be more natural for the children of winegrowers? Their own. Produced closely with the earth it was grown upon in a biodynamic nature they have created an outstanding wine.

On the nose, it displays delicate aromas of white blossom, crisp green apple, and a distinct mineral character, reminiscent of wet stone. The palate is dry and refreshing, with a lively acidity that balances the subtle fruit flavours. Notes of lime zest and a hint of white peach emerge, leading to a clean, lingering finish. The wine exhibits a classic Alsatian Riesling profile, showcasing both elegance and finesse, with a well-defined minerality that speaks to its terroir.
