Made with organic catarratto grapes harvested in September. Straw yellow in colour with greenish tinges, this wine offers rich fruity sensations and hints of citrus fruits, which are typical of this grape variety. it is fresh embracing on the palate with pleasant persistence, it's excellent paired with traditional Mediterranean starters, risottos and veggie dishes.
