The 2025 Release of the Kilkerran 8 Year old has been matured exclusively in ex bourbon casks.

Typically zesty on the nose as an introduction to this dram, there are notes of key lime pie, apple jelly, honey and vanilla. On the palate there is a creaminess on the palate, with notes of banoffee pie, vanilla custard and panna cotta. The finish has a touch of sea salt and brine notes emerge in the finish, along with a gorse note.
