Distilled in April 2006 and matured in an Oloroso Sherry Butt for 17 years before being bottled in September 2023. Aromas of apples in a cider sauce and citrus notes. The palate is sweet and oaky with honey that leads to a long sweet finish and a malty aftertaste.
