The previously selected grapes were de-stemmed and lightly pressed. The extracted juice is decanted by gravity. It then fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control over two weeks. Before bottling the wine was filtered and stabilized.

Lemon yellow in colour, with a light effervescence. Tropical and citrus aroma with slight floral notes dominate the palate. It shows great freshness in the mouth, with a vivid acidity resulting in a very pleasant and versatile wine.

Perfect alone as an aperitif or with light and fresh entrances. Ideal to match with sushi, pasta, pizza, fish, seafood and also pairs well with Thai salads.
