Description
Each bottle's appearance will vary due to the natural 'additions' from their time at sea.
Now this is a little something different, well very different. This wine has been aged in the depths of the ocean. Produced 100% from the Albarino grape and from selected vineyards with vines of 50 years old. Ageing takes place on less in steel tanks and oak vats for 6 months with batonnage. After bottling it is then aged for a further 6 months at 12 meters below sea level.
The wine is an intense straw yellow. It is a fresh wine, with a great persistence, fresh acidity while remaining a little fatty and fleshy. It is full bodied, salty, underpinned by a lingering finish. The ageing under the sea contributes to avoiding the oxidation and obtaining a unique wine to lay down with long potential ageing qualities.
