This is an infusion of raspberries exclusively coming from the Hautes Cotes de Nuits Saint Georges, Burgundy. It is made with two varieties of raspberries, the Rose de Plombieres and Lloyd George which are then in the final stages combined with the addition of blackcurrants and a cherry infusion to round it off.

This is sweet, smooth and packed with raspberry flavours.
