The third and final release in the Legacy Series from Torabhaig on the Isle of Skye. This is a heavily peated single malt made with concerto malted barley with an in grain pehnols content of 78.4 PPM. Fermented with pinnacle and anchor yeasts and then aged in a mix of American oak oloroso, pedro ximenez and ex bourbon casks. This is then bottled at 46% with a residual phenols level of 19.7 PPM.

This is a robustly peated spirit with a deceptively refined character resulting in a complex and characterful maritime whisky.
