The Kilkerran Heavily Peated series is heavily underrated - you should not sleep on these bottlings, they are absolutely delicious. Batch 11 is a cask maturation mix of 90% bourbon and 10% sherry casks.

In typical Kilkerran style there is a citrus element on the nose like key lime pie with toasted rye bread and peat smoke. The palate is host to marshmallows and campfire embers which are present from start to finish over the bead of vanilla and custard.
