Description
The grapes used to make Cremant de Loire brut come from 6 quality terroirs: Cotes de Saumur, Coteaux de St Leger, Puy Notre Dame, Bas Layon, Haut Layon and Montreuil Bellay all of which have predominantly chalky soils. After second fermentation is drawn in the bottle and the wine is matured on the lees for a minimum of 24 months.
The Cremant is a pale gold colour with delicate and refined bubbles. Pleasant aromas of white flowers and a subtle palate with an intense sense of freshness.
