Witchmark gins start life off in their whisky stills to produce their own neutral grain spirit. A true field to bottle single origin gin. The bouquet is floral with Wiltshire wildflowers, followed by exotic juniper and a clean citrus freshness. The palate is dry with juniper that then reveals light grapefruit marmalade and lemon before being drawn together with the corriander.
