The Los Lingues Carmenere was harvested for optimal ripeness, after a cold soak it was fermented and 80% of the juice was aged in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.

The wine is a deep ruby with a violet rim. On the nose it is intense with ripe black fruits and with hunts of wild forest fruit. The palate has a good balance between fruit and oak, good structure, powerful, sweet and round tannins and notes of boysenberries with a hint of tobacco.

This carmenere will accompany a surprisingly broard range of dishes and is sensational with lamb stew or turkey at Christmas!
