Following a twelve-year maturation in New American Oak, the spirit is carefully divided into three distinct barrels: Madeira (63%), Sauternes (30%), and Port (7%). The finishing touches are applied, and the components are expertly blended into a harmonious symphony of flavour. What began as a bold experiment has culminated in the creation of the first Rye whiskey of its kind, offering a truly exceptional Rye experience.
