This wine bears the name of its creator, it is the alma mater of the winery. Since the 1998 harvest the winery has produced this wine from vineyards previously reserved for the crianzas and reservas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with subsequent ageing in a mixture of new and old French and American oak barrels.

This wine has a complex and expressive nose, it has an interesting balance of fresh notes of red fruit that are typical of the variety with ripe black fruits, coffee, spices like vanilla and clove. The palate is well balanced and has medium structure and sweet tannins.
