The Santa Teresa Frappato is a distinctive wine crafted from ancient Frappato clones cultivated on the estate. Its light cherry hue belies a vibrant bouquet of wild strawberries and a beautifully balanced palate characterized by silky smooth fruit, refreshing acidity, and a surprisingly long finish. To preserve the unique qualities of the Frappato grapes, they are chilled overnight before gentle destemming and crushing.
