Description
A wonderful and unique blend of Grillo, the indigenous Sicilian grape and Viognier which enjoys the growing conditions over at Santa Tresa. This wine shows good minerality and freshness of the Grillo which is complemented by the intense and body giving Viognier. Layered with notes of peaches, apricots and herbs.
This wine has spent 4 months on the lees and is a great accompaniment to seafood or antipasty.
