This GlenAllachie 35 year old tells a story of dedication, patience and a relentless pursuit of perfection. Encased in a lavish hand carved oak box, the exceptional liquid inside dates back to 1989 and was matured to perfection in three pedro ximenez, one oloroso and two virgin oak casks.

Aromas come in waves with mocha, cinnamon, heather honey and pineapple, with hints of raisins. The palate has layers of dark chocolate, mocha, raisins and dried fruit.
