Description
Crafted from carefully selected, high-sugar Valpolicella grapes, this wine undergoes a unique production process. The grapes and wine are continuously mixed (Ganimede system) to extract colour and tannins. Subsequently, it's refined through the traditional Ripasso method to enhance its body, alcohol content, and aroma. Matured for a year in both stainless steel and oak, the wine develops notes of black fruit and mocha. Rich and full-bodied, it boasts flavours of plum, black cherry, damson, dried fig, and date, with a warming, spicy finish.
